While it is said that Bezalel made the Ark and all the rest of the furnishings (37:1, 10, 17, 25) as well as the courtyard and its furnishings (38:1, 8, 9, 18), this is probably only a way of saying that he was responsible and directed the other craftsmen and seamstresses.
